What is going on? Help Please!! Maybe TMI?

This story has a few parts so bare with me, so that way everyone is well informed. I have had my period ever since I was in 6th grade, and has ALWAYS been 28-30 days, lasted 5 days. I had my son 9 (almost 10) months ago, since having him my periods have still been normal. I had taken BC for like 2 months after he was born (first time taking it, had too many side effects stopped in on my own). My SO and I do have sex, no protection, he pulls out. I know it's not 100%, but it has worked so far. There is a chance I could be pregnant, which is why I'm here asking. If I'm pregnant fine, just curious about others experiences. Back in December 1 week after I stopped my period, I had some light pink spotting, only for a few hours. I started my period on December 13th, so this would have been the 20th. I have never spotted or been late before (other than when I was pregnant). So Jan 13th came and went, no period. I had taken 6 pregnancy tests all negative, and finally for my "period" on Jan 20th. It was only 2 days (I'm normally 5) and it was bright red (I'm usually darker). So it was whatever I just shrugged it off. This month (Feb), I expected my period the 13th, it never came. Here were are the 23rd, still no period. I plan on getting a pregnancy test and taking it, but has anyone else every experienced this? Please help me. What do you think is going on? Thanks everyone!
To complicate things more, at the moment, I do not have insurance.
Are there any symptoms of cysts? If so, what are they?
