Why do kids insist on dating, and having sex at younger ages?

Really, why do they? Kids as young as 10-12 really shouldn't care about dating at that age. Some of them don't even get the whole concept of what love really is. And all of this kids around 13-15 having sex is just wrong! It's like they're trying to grow up faster than they really are.

Society has gradually become more accepting to the idea of 13 year olds having sex. In the 1800s, kids wanted to have sex, but knew that society would not tolerate it.
