Is there a way to make sex less painful?

My sex drive has sped some while preg (25 wks) up but when I have sex it feels like I'm doing it for the first time all over again! I feel really tight, which my hubby loves but I really hurts for me, I feel really sensitive down there and afterwards I feel swollen inside and like I had wild sex even though we take it easy. How can I make it more enjoyable for me without it turning into a painful situation?

Lots of lube and comfortable positions. Also try having an orgasm BEFORE sex. Thats been the most helpful for me.

Be happy you have a sex drive, that was the first thing to go.... then it was my thighs. :)
